My Beautiful, Healing Heart ❤️

How often can a heart be broken? The poet Sylvia Plath encouraged us to make stories out of our heartbreak and beauty out of sorrow. It helps.

I’ve been going through my own bit of trauma this year, and as I was starting to feel better, I found this beauty! It’s a loving present to myself – a stunning symbol of hope and healing and a reminder that my heart is still intact!

It's been a little while. Had a bit of an injury back in May which took the wind out of my sails, caused a lot of pain and knocked my confidence. Time is indeed a great healer! Here I am in Moray on a road trip with my daughter feeling better and stronger.
