Emotions are stored in the body and specific emotions are held in our organs. Knowing this by working with the meridians connected to these organs we gain an insightful way of relieving symptoms and blockages of stored emotion in the body.

It’s funny because sometimes when I say something I get a blank look so this video muting halfway through is sort of how I feel things landing sometimes 😂, I am learning how to communicate clearer as I literally love it when I can see someone taking it in and it sparking some sort of excitement to understand more ✨

The mind will try and give you reasons why it doesn’t want to talk about something

There’s a part of you not wanting to accept that it was that bad

✨✨This thought is acting as a blocker✨✨

The mind thinks it’s going to erupt 🌋 all those really hard feelings that you experienced in the past. So it’s trying to protect you 🛡️

But when you’ve already built the safety in your body (which we do and that’s why your body is literally pushing out this story) the energy that has been trapped inside you is allowed to release

This might come through as tears, as laughter, as seeing colours, your body might shake, you might yawn, there might be a weird sensation that you can’t explain

Your story matters, you matter and your body is trying to get you to listen

This is how we let go of the stories and be with the body so you can get on and be more you.

I had to hit rock bottom and question life to make me change! I exhausted the possibilities of the nhs helping me!! If I had have continued to listen to that advice I would not be here!

✨ “I’m not flexible” is the number 1 thing people say before trying yoga.

I never actually wanted to be a yoga teacher; I trained in Embodied Mindfulness but to deepen that I did my Yoga training to compliment it.

This class isn’t about forcing yourself into flexible poses.
It’s about getting the mind interested in the body.
We learn how to listen to where your body wants to move, gently undoing tension and flexibility naturally follows, without pushing.

During one class, even the cameraman, Will Anders, commented on how relaxed he felt just being in the room.

Expect to leave feeling:

🌿 peaceful
🌿 gently energised
🌿 relieved

We all know what it’s like when the mind is constantly trying to work everything out it’s exhausting.

If you understand that emotion and trauma are stored in the body, then you know you can’t simply talk your way out of them.

It can feel like a catch-22: the mind builds fear about “going back,” while the body actually needs safety in order to release what’s been held.

When the body feels safe, you’re not reliving those experiences as they were before. Instead, there’s often a sense of relief as the body finally lets go.

This sense of safety signals that it’s okay to express energy that has been trapped in a holding pattern. Often, a wave of energy moves through the entire body, as if the whole system is being updated.

That’s where it gets exciting as when you return to your life and begin to notice what has shifted, and what has changed for the better.

It’s an experience that has to be felt and most people leave saying they didn’t know it was possible to feel this way.

I’m not exaggerating when I say it boosts people’s lives, I saw someone recently who said that it totally changed the way she thought about herself and now she knows she’s a better person to be around.
