Just to make people aware, there will be a go-slow tractor protest tomorrow (Monday) from 10.00am until 4.00pm. Please bear this in mind when travelling to the clinic for your appointments.

The police force is released the tractor protest route to help motorists plan their journeys.

Good Morning all!

Just letting you all know, the 2- hour free parking on Friars Bridge Road is now paid parking ( angrily shakes fist)!

So, just wanted to warn you all before it catches anyone out!! We'll keep an eye out for better parking spots nearby!

Hi guys!

Just messaging with a little update, Mason Family Chiropractic will be welcoming a tiny new member of the team! Due in December!

We are very pleased to say that after 5 years, 3 rounds of IVF, 1 loss, we are finally welcoming a little one into our family!

So there'll be a few slight changes coming up in the year, but please don't worry, we are still here for you!

If you can believe it, this week marks the 3rd birthday of Mason Family Chiropractic 🎊🥳🎉!! It's crazy!!! So I thought I'd grab a few snaps from when we first set up!

We are so fortunate! It's an absolute pleasure to be able to treat and advise those who come to us! So glad we can help!

Tip of the week this week is all about........healthy snacks!! Or at least healthier😋!

Found this one online a while ago when I had to make a gluten free snack! There's basically 4 ingredients for my version:
- Chopped Dates
- Quinoa
- Dark Chocolate (70% ideally)
- Peanut Butter/ Tahini (optional)

First, chop the dates, this is messy! Then prep the melted chocolate in a bain marie, and slowly melt.

Now the hard bit, to "pop" the quinoa! Seems unusual but it works really well, good for you and gluten-free amongst other things! This bit takes some practice, but take a shallow frying pan, put on medium heat and watched as they start to go golden and some pop like popcorn.

Mix together, put in some cupcake moulds and cool in the fridge.

Tastes fantastic! Very Healthy!

The tip of the week this week is........all about Vitamin D!

Recently came back from a course with this interesting
picture. This demonstrates that you are only producing
Vitamin D from the sun when your shadow is shorter
than you are.

In the winter around 87% of people are Vitamin D
insufficient.

So, make sure during these winter months you are able
to top up your Vitamin D reserves with a supplement to
help to boost your energy and immune system.
