A good resource into depression. I thought the video was good to show how someone had manifested depression into an external object to explain what it was like to live with depression. Using an external object places depression outside of yourself. So it can be talked about separate from you. Clever resource to use.
It also shows how depression can get bigger if tools are not in place to cope with it. What do you think?
