I have spent a lovely day with Lisa from Lisa from Lily White Light Reiki for day 1 of my Master Reiki course and am feeling very relaxed after a lovely treatment.
Looking forward to day 2 next week and attaining this additional qualification and new reiki skills which I can share with my clients.

I now need to do some homework in preparation for my assessment .

Such a true statement.I have recently had to take a bit of timeout to recover from a dental extraction and resulting TMJ disorder.Luckily I was booked in for Reflexology and had some Auricular Acupuncture with Louise Brusaferro which was amazing and has helped my recovery.

It reminded me of the importance of self care.I am always recommending it to my clients but not so good at following my own advice.

Make sure you look after yourself and treat yourself to a treatment that you enjoy. ❤️It will make you feel energised,happy and hopefully prevent illness and fatigue.

Happy New Year to my lovely clients.

Many of my clients tell me along other benefits of their Reflexology treatments that they sleep really well after a treatment.I often find this myself if I have reflexology or reiki ❤️

I am able to offer Reflexology treatments in my Therapy room in Holbrook which is such a lovely relaxing space or mobile treatments for clients on the Shotley peninsula /Ipswich Area .

I am still getting the final touches done before offering Auricular Acupuncture in my treatment room.I am hoping to offer this from February once I have council approval.

I am qualified in Reiki at first and second degree and I have decided to do my Master Reiki training early this year.

I have been a bit quiet on Fb but lots has been going on.

My daughter had her baby in October and I went and stayed for a week with them in Germany.Very exciting times❤️.

I passed my Auricular Acupuncture qualification and am in the process of getting my therapy room ready for council approval,once I have my licence I can start to offer these treatments.
I am hoping to do so in the New Year.

I have been busy with my Reflexology both mobile and in my new Therapy room and I am really grateful for the support of my lovely clients.
