We know blocked ears can affect confidence, communication and day-to-day comfort, and for many older adults, long waiting times can make it difficult to get help when it’s needed most.

To support our local communities, and help ease pressure on the NHS, we’re waiving our standard £60 charge and running free clinics for over 75s once a week.

🎉 We’ve officially opened our new Norwich clinic!

Yesterday marked a very special day for The Hearing Care Centre as we celebrated the grand opening of our brand-new clinic at the beautiful Keswick Hall Estate with a community coffee morning and open day.

We were delighted to welcome so many of our wonderful clients, friends, and supporters. Thank you for coming along to meet our team and share in this milestone moment.

A special thank you goes to Wales Deaf Football Association and WRU Deaf legend and two-time World Cup winner Wesley Pooley, one of our valued clients, for performing the official ribbon-cutting and helping us open our new home in style.

Our new and improved Norwich Hearing Care Centre is now open five days a week, offering the same expert hearing care and friendly service you know and trust - all in a stunning new setting.

We are also proud to offer free earwax removal for over 75s every Tuesday, part of our commitment to making expert ear and hearing care accessible to everyone in our community.
