The DSM-5 outlines the criteria for autism as a list of deficits. In truth, there are many challenges autistic individuals face in a world designed for the neurotypical brain. However, this is not the whole story.

I’ve attached an article relating to implementation of Liberty Protection Safeguards. The Department of Health and Social Care announced on April 6th that it would not be implemented on this Parliament.

On 5 April 2023 the Department of Health and Social Care announced the implementation of the Liberty Protection Safeguards (LPS), the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Act 2019, will be delayed
