Allwell Care Company provide care in Ipswich and surrounding villages. We are currently looking for an administrator to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of it becoming a permanent role. The role is required for January 2024 but we are looking to hire as soon as possible to give the ideal candidate time to shadow our current administrator and learn the role, setting you up for success.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who can work around 5 hours a day every weekday, but this is flexible and can be discussed at interview.

This week is National Mental Health Awareness Week, with 2023's theme focusing on anxiety. Anxiety affects 60% of employees and, notably, more and more elderly people are experiencing symptoms too.
Today Allwell Care are having their monthly team meeting where we will be giving information out about anxiety for both the staff and how they can support clients with anxiety.

Meet Usman!
Usman joined us in January 2022 with no care experience. He cycled to our clients in IP2 for his first few months and has now bought a car. He has learned a lot about working in care over the past few months and we get lovely feedback from our clients about the care he provides.
