Use of masks
While the guidance on the compulsory use of masks in certain public places changes next week in England, this guidance does not apply to health and social care settings. Osteopathic clinics must continue to follow the relevant infection control guidance issued in January by the public health bodies of home nations of the UK.
Therefore masks will still be required, thank you everyone for your continuing support to keep us all safe😷

On 3rd October I am hoping to run my first ( and quite possibly my last!) marathon race in London. I have decided to raise money for young lives vs cancer because of a very brave family I know who sadly lost their beautiful 6 year old daughter to this horrible disease. As a parent I can't imagine having to deal with this and am forever grateful for my 3 healthy teenagers. This was one of several charities that they received support from, if you would like to sponsor me I would appreciate it and please feel free to share my post🙂

Following the announcement to release restrictions from the 19th and after advice from PH England osteopaths have been advised that there are no changes to make.
This means that all my safely procedures will remain the same . I will be wearing PPE to protect you and ask that masks are still worn to protect myself, my patients and all our families.
I look forward to seeing you all🙂
