With lots of you starting your marathon training, it's time to start thinking about taking care of your bodies, and reducing your chances of injury as your training volume increases.
Sports Massage plays a vital role in this!
With the above packages you can pre book all your appointments pre and post marathon, so we can keep on top of any niggles and strains, reducing your chances of injuries, and get you to that finish line.

If you don't want to book one of the above packages but would like to book in appointments pre/post marathon please get in contact asap, as I will get booked up quickly.
