Due to the postal strike scheduled on Friday 26th, Wednesday 31st August, Thursday and Friday 8th / 9th September 22, our normal service for delivery may take a few extra days.
We are still printing daily but we will take the DID Cards to the local sorting office rather than the post man collecting the post from the office. Hopefully that will help.

We are having an increasing number of people renewing their DID Cards that had previously expired and not renewed due to the pandemic. Its great to see so many of you feeling confident enough to start venturing out again.

If your your application expired more than 2 or 3 months ago then we would have removed your details from our system so you will need to complete a new application but please click the 'renew my application' from the first drop down box. If you still have your original DID Card put the number in the 'Where did you hear about us section under 'Other'.

If you tried entering your email in the login section and it is not recognised, it is likely your details have been removed but email us and we can check for you and reset your password.
