💥 Team training - Shockwave 💥

We had a productive and fun team training session last Friday where Tom went through the workings of our brand new super slick shockwave machines!

💥Shockwave therapy can be used on a number of injuries alongside other physiotherapy treatments.

💥It works by delivering impulses of energy to damaged tissues. This energy increases blood flow and stimulates cell regeneration and healing!

🏫 Back to school for us!

👩‍🏫We've had a fun evening presenting to pupils at Orwell Park School.

💪🏃‍♂️We discussed the different aspects of fitness and how they're important for injury prevention and sports performance! Then we moved on to practical stations where they could test their own fitness, which they seemed to really enjoy!

😊 We're always so pleased to be able to share our knowledge and passion of fitness and the human body!

So pleased to sponsor Ipswich Ladies Netball Club Green Team this season who are playing in the South Suffolk Premier Division!

They had a great game last night coming back from 5 goals down in the last quarter to win by 2 goals!! Great comeback!

We're really excited to follow their progress for the rest of the season
