She’ll break down the basics of premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) — when the ovaries stop working before age 40 — and explain what happens during surgical menopause, when menopause is triggered suddenly after the removal of the ovaries.

A practical, supportive talk designed to help you recognise symptoms, understand your options and feel more confident navigating your hormonal health.
