Bridee Keeble- Registered Care Manager

I am 28 years old and have worked in care since I left school in 2012. I started out in childcare and worked in a nursery for nearly 3 years before moving on and becoming a support worker for individuals with acquired brain injuries and fell in love with my job role, from there I started my journey in adult care progressing my way through the different job roles until I became a manager. I have a passion for care and find it incredibly rewarding to be able to help others daily.

Outside of work I am a wife, dog mum to our border collie puppy called Woody and fun auntie to my 7 nieces and 5 nephews. I love spending time with my family and friends creating memories to look back on in the future.

A fun fact about me would be that in my spare time I love to bake cakes and am known for making a delicious range of cheesecakes.

In regard to becoming part of the Visiting Angels team, I cannot wait to see what the future holds when continuing to grow my own team of Angels here within east Suffolk.

Meet the Team
Lydia Atutornu – Managing Director

Coming from background and childhood with little formal knowledge about care for the elderly or dementia, I could not take care of my dad and my grandmother because I did not know what care was, let alone dementia.

So migrating to UK taught me and opened my awareness to care . I then decided to train as a registered nurse and work on elderly wards and care homes to be able to give to others and their loved ones the love and care I couldn’t give to my father and grandmother to others.

And I did just that in the NHS and a variety of the Care homes in Suffolk.

I also formed a recruitment agency about 6 years ago to recruit nurses and carers to a variety to settings to work and continue the good work.

But just last year, I was looking for ways to expand . I searched the internet and came across Visiting Angels, a franchise care company who are carer-centric ( i.e. when we look after the carer, the client inevitably benefits)- the only one of a kind in the UK .

So I decided to find out more about them . After all the necessary meetings I decided to join them – and Here I Am!

We are a new branch of Visiting Angels UK , located in Ipswich, Suffolk.

It's our pleasure to be part of Visiting Angels family as they have been providing Care across the world for over 20 years. Their business has been built on recruiting , training and supporting the very best caregivers and enabling them to deliver premium quality care at the home to our clients.

We provide care and support to clients aged 18 and over in their own homes. We provide support which enables individuals to stay in their own home and retain their independence.
Our visits provide companionship as well as tending to the clients individual needs.
