Valentine’s Day isn’t only about couples and candlelit dinners. It’s about celebrating all the love that fills our lives — the friends who show up, the family who supports us, the coworkers who cheer us on, and the self-love we’re learning to give ourselves every day. 💞

We hosted a beautiful Valentine’s Couples Lunch, celebrating love, friendship, and special memories shared over the years. 💕
It was so lovely to see our wonderful couples enjoying a delicious meal together, reminiscing, laughing, and making new memories.
Love truly has no age — and today was a perfect reminder of that. 💌🥂

Yesterday we enjoyed a lovely afternoon of baking 🍌🍫
There was lots of mashing, mixing, and of course taste-testing as we made chocolate and banana bread together. The smell of fresh baking filled the home and sparked some wonderful memories and conversations about favourite family recipes.
Activities like this are about so much more than baking — they support motor skills, encourage social connection, and bring a real sense of achievement. And the smiles when everyone enjoyed a warm slice with a cup of tea said it all ❤️🍌
