Thanks to the help of the BBC documentary, the Wim Hof Method is now reasonably widely known. Since qualifying as an instructor in 2019, Tom has helped hundreds of people train in the fundamentals of the method. But this weekend, he hosted his first Advanced workshop. This was a chance for those who have completed the fundamentals workshop to return and go deeper into the method, the science and the application.
