Hi everyone. Just to let you all know that I'm now away for a few days. I've also been very unwell, as soon as I'm able to physically carry out massage treatments again I will be in touch. But Needless to say, in order for me to give you 10000% (I will never compromise on standard of your treatments) It's important that I focus on health. Thank you to all who have been incredibly understanding. That's why I can't wait to get back to work💪🏾... I truly have THE best clients ever🌟.

And as most of you know, I'm studying for my Itec Level 3, in Sports Massage Therapy. My commitment to you all, is to continue training and studying new and advanced treatments. As well as offering you the highest standard of service .
As your therapist, nothing fills me with more joy from " Ahh I feel 2 inches taller from those neck stretches" to " Noo, the massage can't be over 😩" orrr even "Hello Miss Elbows"🤣💪🏾.

Big News!!

I'll be a fully fledged, Sports Massage Therapy Student come 21st May 2023, and will be fully qualified in August 2023.

This is a very in depth course, studying ways in which to treat not just sporting injuries for athletes; but also postural analysis, passive and active stretching for rehabilitation, Advance Anatomy, physiology and pathology, pre and post sporting event massage techniques and maintenance massage just to name a few 😁

Whilst I'll be carrying out my studies, I'll still be offering the ever so popular Deep Tissue, Fire Cupping, Swedish, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology as well as advance beauty treatments.

If you're ever unsure of which massage is suitable for you and your specfic needs, I'm always here to guide you on your way to a happier and healthier you 🙏🏽💗
