Kara, who is part of our Great Yarmouth & Waveney team, said "Training for the London Marathon is the hardest thing I’ve done, but knowing my fundraising will support people in our care keeps me going." 💜

1 in 4 of our patients are supported thanks to gifts in Wills from people like Percy, whose wife Anne was cared for by our team in 2009.

After experiencing our care, Percy kindly chose to leave a gift in his Will to help others in the future. 💜

💃 DanceEast: Living in the Presence of Death - an experimental movement workshop welcoming anyone touched by dying or loss with DanceEast in Ipswich. Tickets cost £5.

🎤 Understanding Grief, Loss & End-of-Life Across Cultures - our free expert panel, with a free lunch included, will highlight the importance of recognising both shared humanity and individual differences when it comes to bereavement at The Hold in Ipswich.

We’d love to say a special thank you to our incredible supporters for fundraising for the hospice.

🧶 Ipswich School for raising £144 from their first craft sale. They will also have a stall at this year’s Suffolk Dog Day, featuring pet related crafts for sale.

🧘 Yoga Eve who raised £2,861 organising a Yoga plank challenge – with efforts exceeding 6 minutes with the help of great music!

🏋️ Gymophobics Stowmarket & Gymophobics Felixstowe who, together, have raised £640.

❓ Prince George House Care Home who hosted a quiz as part of Quiz-a-thon 2026. They raised an amazing £469.

🎨 Morland Church of England Primary School students who took part in an Easter Colouring Competition. They raised an amazing £87, which takes their total raised for the hospice to a fantastic £1,954.68.

Well done to everyone involved!
