Joe Ball Coaching

Joe Ball Coaching In a coaching setting to be able to empathise and have the approach of ‘walking a mile in their shoes’ is vital, and I have.

I have myself seen the benefit of coaching and have built coping strategies around mindfulness, exercise and a positive outlook. In my near 30-year career, I have always worked in people focused environments. My journey started in sales/customer service driven roles before entering the world of recruitment some 20 years ago. Recruitment is about getting the best from people and empowering them to be the best version of themselves and to ultimately land the job they dream of. This only works when people trust you and as a natural empath, I have found that I have the ability to do just that. I feel that it is vitally important in a coaching setting to be able to empathise with the individual and have the approach of ‘walking a mile in their shoes’, and I have. I have personally seen the benefit of coaching and self-development and have built my own coping strategies around mindfulness, exercise and a positive outlook. Ultimately, I’m passionate about people and want to see everyone succeed in life and their careers.

We are hiring.

MANUP? is looking for part-time support to help our CEO keep everything running smoothly. This is a remote and flexible role, with yearly earnings between £10,400 and £20,800, depending on the hours taken each week.

This role suits someone who is self-employed or freelancing, especially someone who has supported a CEO, director, or founder before. The work is practical and varied. Admin, planning, organising and keeping on top of all the moving parts while the charity grows.

We want someone who is organised, reliable and confident working independently. If you are the type who quietly keeps a busy operation on track, you will fit in well.

To apply, send your CV to manup @ manup.how
Subject to DBS checks.

No recruiters.

P.S. Feel free to share this. The right person is often someone already helping others behind the scenes.

We are so good at encouraging ourselves to wait and for some things that's great. Don't buy the thing until you have the money for the thing, but when it's decision about what's right for you, execute as soon as you have the answer. Ask yourself this question whenever you feel yourself stalling, if not now, when? 👊
