I hope everyone has had a wonderful New Year’s Day!

Just a little update in regard to the website. Over the next couple days it will be down as I am making the switch from Squarespace to Wix.

The booking system will also change, so for everyone who has an appointment booked in do not be surprised if you get another email confirmation as I move appointments across.

Today we worked with Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls. So many shiny things to play with!
The Himalayan Bowls are so great to work with on a 1-1 basis, the vibrations you can feel off these babies is amazing!

Day 1 complete.

It was nerve racking and definitely put me in my uncomfort zone but by the end of the day it was fine and dandy.
Working on voice & drum today has been wonderful, it’s so simple and has a very primal feel to it, really takes it down to base structures.
I’m already learning so much, excited for day two!

We are holding another Self Care Sunday!
On the 23rd Nov my wonderful friend Phoebe and I will be holding another retreat day at Hadleigh Town Hall.
This day is focusing on The Art of Letting Go. We are embracing the cold months ahead, honouring our need to slow down & replenish.

We will be starting with grounding yoga & breathwork, moving into guided journaling. Followed by partnered Indian head massage. Lastly, relaxing to a wonderful sound bath by Michelle from .

This is truly going to be a day to remember, perfect for bringing a friend along & will set you up wonderfully for the winter ahead!

The day will be 1000 - 1400. Tea and snacks will be provided but make sure you bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket. And wear something comfortable to move around in.

Just a lil heads up if you did not receive our August Newsletter.

From Sep 1st, we will be increasing the prices of our relaxation treatments by £5. This will make all appointments the same price across the board.
This is also to reflect all training that has been done and continues to be done, as well as the quality of treatment which we do take great pride in.

However, for those who book in a relaxation treatment for September, before September, the old prices will be honoured.

So get booking asap!

Just a couple snaps from the last couple weeks. It was absolute bliss being able to have two full weeks to rest, explore and recharge.
The cup is much more full and the slow life is definitely one that works for me!
But tomorrow I come back to work and I can’t wait to get back into the studio with you all and get the work juices flowing again. There’s so many exciting things to be happening going into the second half of the year!

We had our first pop up sessions at this bank holiday and thank you to everyone who booked in their spot over the past couple of days!
It was great getting back to my roots and work within the gym environment again.

Couldn’t have gone better, will be up planning next dates for July so keep an eye out.
But for today will be back in Hadleigh, back in the cosy studio (:
