I’m reflecting on the incredible journey I’ve had and connecting with the amazing women I’ve met during my travels in beautiful Kerala, India. 🌍💕

Every woman I’ve met here has inspired me with their strength, grace, and nurturing spirit – qualities that shine even brighter when we celebrate the love and devotion of mothers everywhere. 🌷

Self-care and nourishment are so important, and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to share the healing power of reflexology and massage with so many of you. The feedback I’ve received has been truly amazing.

☀️I’m about to embark on a transformational journey of self improvement and self care and I will be spending the next 6 weeks in India learning about the therapeutic benefits of Ayurvedic medicine.
This time away in Kerala in India will also enable me complete my 5 element Acupunture qualification and help me reach the highest level of skills and techniques to support your health, happiness and wellbeing.
I’m so exited to visit India but also so excited to share with you all my new transformational knowledge.
See you all in spring!!

Who is Tracey?

I am a strong person but there are times when I feel overwhelmed and have lost my spark
🍂 Autumn is a time for reflection and this week I have thought about how far I have come and, although an emotional and rocky path, I reflect on how much I like the person I have become. 🍂

When a client books in for a treatment, asking for support and help and often in desperate need, I am here for them.
I feel drawn to their life story.
I listen carefully.
I am totally absorbed in this person and their needs.
There is a closeness in this moment. ✨
I notice their emotions within, I feel their energy, I hear the tone in their voice and notice and understand what they need for their life to be happier and healthier. ✨

As a professional wellness practitioner i reflect on this connection. If I am open, if wrap them in warmth and love, this transformation may happen.
I trust this process.

Who is Tracey ?
I can’t believe I’ve nearly reached 40 years working in holistic wellness!!!
I have been a holistic therapist for over 39 years with extensive experience in prestigious salons, 6 star luxury world cruise liners plus had the privilege of teaching holistic therapies to others for over 20 years. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’m taking a week off to recharge, a slower pace of living. 🫶
I’m now over 5 months into my professional Acupunture qualification and this week, whilst exploring Athens, I plan to bury myself into a pile of acupuncture text books and write a few essays!
It’s been a truly amazing career so far and cannot believe it can get any better than this!!
