One thing I love about Personal Training is the actual personal journey of each client.
We often focus on weight only as an outcome but when the journey becomes meaningful to a better quality of life that’s the big win!!
first came to me wanting to take better control of her health and lose weight in time for her 50th birthday and beyond. She’s now 25kg lighter, stronger than ever whilst managing her Graves Disease diagnosis day to day.
Big shout out to who has supported Gayle throughout and gone on his own journey dropping 15kg whilst enjoying participating in some recent fitness events such as deadly dozen & Hyrox.
