The biggest EMTT study to date has just landed — and it’s one clinicians can’t ignore.

A double blind, sham controlled RCT.
126 chronic MSK patients.
Consistent results across knee OA, shoulder, and lumbar conditions.

These weren’t early-stage cases. These were patients who had already plateaued after physiotherapy and medication the exact group we all find most challenging.

After just 8 sessions:

✔ Significant reductions in pain
✔ Meaningful improvements in function
✔ Sustained results at 12 weeks
✔ No serious adverse events

This is the level of evidence the profession has been waiting for.

EMTT isn’t about replacing good rehab, it’s about extending it when progress stalls.

The conversation around chronic MSK care is shifting. The question is no longer if this technology has a role, but where it fits in your pathway.

.nu112 underwent shoulder stabilisation surgery on Tuesday, including a bone graft.

We’re now using Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy (EMTT) — a non-invasive treatment designed to accelerate healing, reduce pain and swelling, and improve mobility. EMTT uses high-energy magnetic fields to stimulate tissue regeneration at a cellular level.

Post-operative benefits of EMTT:
• Faster recovery & reduced inflammation — promotes cellular activity (osteoblastogenesis) and helps minimise oedema
• Enhanced bone healing
• Improved mobility during rehabilitation

Ash is a Hyrox machine! A serious athlete 💪
She sent me this message and gave me permission to share:

I have done 7 Hyrox now and I’ve always booked in for a massage with you - and more recently Chris - for before and after.
Because of my own disorganisation 🫣 and Chris’ holiday, I hadn’t booked one for after my most recent event. Got on with my recovery week and then started back to proper training on Monday. Immediately on Monday I felt a problem in my quads, particularly my right one. I tried to home treat for a few days but honestly it was just getting worse. I was in so much pain I could hardly walk the dogs!!!
Booked in with Chris yesterday (Thursday) and he had a proper look at it and then treated me for 40 mins and honestly it immediately felt better. This morning I can feel it’s been worked on but it is basically pain free!!
So lesson learned for me to always always book myself in for after a big event or big training block, but also should have come to you guys on Monday when it first hurt!
You guys are miracle workers, don’t ever underestimate that!!! ✨

Such lovely words!
Not that we advocate for ‘needing’ us. But we love to help when you’ve got a big event, have an injury or just want some body maintenance🥰

Why is padel causing so much tennis elbow? 🎾

Padel is one of the fastest growing sports in the UK, but we’re also seeing a rise in tennis elbow injuries.

Unlike tennis rackets, padel rackets are solid and often heavier, which means:

• More vibration through the arm
• Greater demand on the forearm extensor muscles
• Increased stress at the lateral elbow tendon

Common early signs include:
⚠ Pain gripping the racket
⚠ Pain on backhand shots
⚠ Weak grip strength
⚠ Pain lifting everyday objects

If ignored, this can develop into persistent tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis).

✔ Build playing time gradually
✔ Strengthen your forearms
✔ Improve grip technique
✔ Choose the right racket weight

If you’re struggling with elbow pain from padel, we can help you get back playing quickly with advice, and intervention including

✔️ Shockwave Therapy
✔️ Medical Acupuncture
✔️ Strength & Rehab programming
✔️ Management Advice

Your body always gives warning signs.

That tight hamstring.
That stiff shoulder.
That knee that aches after training.

Don’t wait until it stops you doing what you love.

Listen to your body when it whispers — before it has to shout.

Did you see news story about a “rescued baby hedgehog”…
that turned out to be a hat bobble? 🦔🎩

It’s funny, but it’s also a great reminder.

Just like injuries, things aren’t always what they seem at first glance.
That’s why proper assessment matters before jumping to conclusions, panic, or rehab plans.

If something doesn’t feel right, get it checked properly.
