One of my long time client & friend is about to launch his new book! Steven has gave me the honour to read it before it’s on the market, I’m normal read non-fiction books but gave this fantasy adventure book a go and here is my review 👇

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Clever, Cliffhanger-Driven Fantasy That Pulled Me Right In

I didn’t expect the chapters to be so short, and at first I wasn’t sure how I felt about it — but very quickly I realised how clever it was. The short, sharp chapters constantly left me on small cliffhangers, making the book incredibly addictive to read. It reminded me of Game of Thrones in the way the story jumps between different characters and plotlines, letting you slowly piece together how everyone connects until their paths finally converge.

What I loved most was how the book lets you see the world through different characters’ eyes. You’re not just following their stories, you’re almost observing them from above, then diving into their individual perceptions. It gives the whole narrative a layered, multidimensional feel, and the way the author ties it together is genuinely impressive.

The fantasy twist on the afterlife is brilliant too. The idea that we might all be pawns in someone else’s game, or that certain people cross our path just to deliver a message, adds a deeper, almost philosophical element to the story. It’s a unique take that really stuck with me.

Overall, this is a fantastically written book that’s extremely easy to pick up and hard to put down. The short chapters make it dangerously bingeable, and the story, characters, and clever twists kept me fully immersed from start to finish. I genuinely enjoyed it and highly recommend it to anyone who loves fantasy with depth, mystery, and a fresh perspective.

Does Cupping Really Work? We Put It to the Test.

In this video we decided to test out cupping to see whether it could provide any pain relief for the client.
Cupping can be quite a controversial therapy — some people swear by it and experience noticeable improvements, while others don’t get the same results. Personally, I believe that taking ownership of your own body and exploring what works for you is a powerful thing. So here, we tested it out to observe the client’s response and see what results followed.

What does cupping actually do?
From a scientific perspective, cupping works by creating negative pressure on the skin and underlying tissues. This suction helps:

Client Travelled From Leicester After Finding Me on YouTube 🎥✨

Another powerful 6-Step Assessment + Treatment session completed today with a client who travelled all the way from Leicester after discovering my work on YouTube.

We started with a full one-hour physical assessment, breaking down movement, stability, and strength to uncover any imbalances that may be contributing to pain or injury.
This was followed by a focused sports massage treatment, releasing the overworked areas, easing tension, and giving the muscles that needed it some proper TLC.

To finish, the client received a tailored 8-week program designed to correct those imbalances, rebuild stability, improve mobility and flexibility, and support them in moving pain-free while building long-term wellbeing.

What I love most about these sessions isn’t just the physical work, it’s the conversations.

What you’re seeing here is the muscle reacting in real time during a deep sports massage.

That twitch or spasm isn’t random ; it’s the muscle spindle reflex kicking in. When a tight muscle is pressed deeply, it contracts to protect itself. By holding that pressure and slowly moving along the muscle belly, I’m helping the nervous system realise it’s safe to relax , that’s why you see it release.

Then I add cupping, which does the opposite of deep pressure. Instead of pressing in, it lifts the skin and fascia away from the muscle. This frees up any restriction, improves circulation, and restores normal glide between layers.

The combination of compression (massage) and decompression (cupping) helps the muscle reset, improves movement, and speeds up recovery.
