Evening everyone the first session is officially Thursday 6th March 8pm until 9pm at saxon Hall.

There are chairs but if you would prefer to lay down please bring yoga matts blankets etc anything to help you get in the comfort zone.
I've had a lady with 2 pillows and a double duvet before so don't be shy.

Wear loose comfortable clothing and you need to confirm your space with me spots are limited ###

Nanny margie who inspired me to start this group she was a governor at the hospital for mental health and ran a support group after living most her life inside due to agoraphobia and anxiety.

Would you believe she even took up line dancing at that time in her life too ###

Good evening everyone ☺️ hope you are well and Thank-you for sticking with me! Eternally appreciative 🥰 I will be running the first group next week either Tuesday or Thursday evening depending on which evening is in more demand on this post.

The session will be £5 and last an hour, you will learn a basic understanding of meditation and come away with a tumbled crystal stone for personal use in meditation and a print out that covers everything we went over.

And of course a lovely guided meditation 🧘‍♀️ ✨️

The spaces will need to be paid in advance so I can ensure I can cover the cost of the hall and my costs.

Deposits will need to be paid up to 48 hours before the session.
