There has been a fire at Rivergate Shopping.

IMPORTANT PATIENT NOTICE

Eglinton Family Practice will operate a limited service only from Wednesday, 14th January from 8.30am to 5.30pm inclusive.

This is to allow for an essential server upgrade installation. During this period there will be no advanced booking of appointments and limited computerised information will be available.

**We are also unable to order prescriptions at this time**

Patients requiring attention or advice should contact the surgery as normal.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Our practice will be closed on the following dates:

✅ Thursday, 25th December 2025 – Christmas Day
✅ Friday, 26th December 2025 – Boxing Day
✅ Thursday, 1st January 2026 – New Year’s Day
✅ Friday, 2nd January 2026 – New Year Bank Holiday

We will reopen on Monday, 5th January 2026 at 8.30am.

📞 Our 24-hour prescription line is also back in service—please use this to order your prescriptions.
⚠️ Please note: We are currently at full capacity for routine GP appointments today. Only emergency appointments are available.

Bank Holiday Weekend Notice

Please be advised that the Practice will be closed on Friday 19th September and Monday 22nd September for the Bank Holiday weekend. We will reopen on Tuesday 23rd September at 8:30am.

Due to a shortage of clinical staff, we have reached full capacity for appointments today and are operating an emergency-only appointment service.
There is no need to contact the Practice regarding any pre-arranged calls or appointments, as these will proceed as scheduled.
