Iam sorting out classes returning next month.
There are a few changes to days, venue and times so bear with me till the weknd.

Excited and looking forward to coming back, seeing everyone and holding space.

Its been a dark knight of the soul these past few months.
But FINALLY
On the other side.🥳
No pills or meds from the doctors, consultants, despite them trying to fill me full of all sorts. 😵‍💫
Its not been a quick fix, its been long hard and painful, with set backs along the way.

For me, I feel pills etc only masks the issues, and long term can cause more issues, not find the root or allow the real healing.
Yes sometimes we do need medications but long term,
The body knows, unfortunately we dont get the chance to listen until it makes us and often by then things have became sinister or chronic
Society expects to much, keeps us pre occupied on so many different levels.

Reiki, reiki shares, organ reiki healing, sound baths, shamanic extractions, shamanic healing, craniosacrel, chiropractic, being heard, talking my truth, gentle movement, mediation, sitting with the emotions & listening to what my body's telling me, its wants and needs, releasing past trauma one step at a time.
The mh team, ive had have been amazing too. 🤘💫
Their hands are tied in so many ways, its shocking, waiting lists are waaaay to long.
& yes ive had some tests from the docs, but by listening to my body, it already told me what I had to get print outs of medical records to find out.
in this day and age ive found unless they can fill you full of pills their not listening properly.
Waiting lists that never seem to bring appointments, consultants with our lifes in their hands, downgrading urgent referrals that they shouldn't.
Holding back on results and not always being honest.
Its a scary world we live in.
The NHS is under far to much pressure.
Its not what it once was.
The government and pharmaceutical companies dont want us to heal.
They want us stuck in that hamster wheel. 😪

But it is a world filled with, love, laugher , and beautiful people who care and genuinely want to help.
To those who have supported me these past few months iam truly grateful for. 💫🙏
the fire horse energy of 2026 is slowly stirring , and iam ready to fully embrace it when it comes.
This will be a magical year of coming home to ourself and healing from the inside out.

Bought Stew Cannoli in Glasgow last night. The wee man was a cutie, big smiles, super chatty... I asked him to make sure they were well wrapped up, as I have a nut allergy.

He then asked me if I wanted a sweetie. I thanked him but said no thanks, far too dodgy with all the nuts everywhere.

Still grinning at me, he thrust a napkin with Baklava covered in Pistachio into my hand.

I just smiled and said, " Thank you so much. That's so kind of you!" Luckily, I had time to run and wash my hands before my train.

Nothing like killing with kindness, is there!

They did smell amazing, though....

I've always felt like I was born in the wrong time. That I'm not made for this world, with all its harshness and cruelty. No thought for one another because everyone is so preoccupied with keeping their heads down, blinkers on, ploughing forward towards an unnamed, and probably mostly unobtainable goal. All this rushing about, hurrying to a destination that no-one knows the name of, or indeed, the address.

I was chatting with a friend recently who said that they were homesick for a place they've never been, and l felt that in my bones. They could describe it, what it felt like, looked like, but not where it was. Maybe 'home' doesn't exist for many of us, but we know what it means in our souls. What we would need to experience the calm, the safety, the peace, the contentment.

Maybe we will never find it or experience it. What it's actually like to feel home. All those people you know who are labelled the dreamers, the weirdos, and the strange ones. Maybe, they are just searching for home. Maybe they can't commit to paying a full subscription to this world because they aren't sure how long they want to stay in this crazy place. Because they'd move home at the drop of a hat, if only they could find it.

I'll keep looking, but for now, I'll continue to make my own reality with its softer edges, its kindness, and its empathy, and I'll do it with my people who feel the same pull towards something that probably doesn't exist....
