Thistle Help Thistle Help are mobility specialists based in Irvine and Crosshouse, Ayrshire. Thistle Help are committed to staff training on a continuous basis.

We supply a range of equipment including mobility scooters, wheelchairs, powerchairs, riser recliners, adjustable beds, daily living aids and wide fitting footwear. Thistle Help Ltd was founded in 2007 by George Ruddick and Laura Hays in order to provide a comprehensive range of assisted living aids that truly reflects the needs of those who require support for care and mobility:

We are delighted to welcome on board Highgrove Beds Ltd as our new adjustable bed supplier. We took delivery of the beds last week then our team underwent product knowledge training on Tuesday, to allow them to advise our customers about the range. We all love these new beds especially the massage and zero gravity features on the Techplus bed. A beautiful range of fabrics available to blend in with your bedroom colour scheme and a choice of mattresses on offer make these beds a wonderful choice.

We’re pleased to share that Thistle Help Limited is now working in partnership with Cortex Physiotherapy, who specialise in supporting people with neurological conditions, complex needs, and mobility challenges, helping them regain independence, achieve their goals, and live with greater confidence.

Our team at Thistle Help are dedicated to supplying mobility equipment that truly reflects the needs of those who require support for care and mobility. Cortex Physiotherapy share a similar ethos with a hands-on approach and client-focused. They are not just helping people recover, they are helping them rediscover what’s possible.
