Classes in Troon, Irvine, Kilwinning & Dundonald Castle, Ayrshire. I completed my 200 hours Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in August 2018 with Waking Minds Yoga in the UK and have completed further training in Yin, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation, sound healing, Reflexology and Thai foot Reflexology. I have been practising Yoga daily for over 25 years combining my love of movement, breath awareness and relaxation to help maintain and boost overall health and wellbeing. Our four weekly classes in Ayrshire, Scotland (Troon, Irvine and Kilwinning) are suitable for beginners and more experienced students. They are all student-centred with modifications offered to meet individuals' levels of experience, flexibility and balance. The classes are built around monthly themes and focus on asanas (poses), Pranayama (breathing techniques), guided meditations, poems, quotes and relaxation. All classes are offered in-person and on zoom at the same time.
