Yoga for Strength, Stress Relief and Relaxation 🧘♀️🧘🧘♂️

🌳This open-level yoga class is designed to support both body and mind through a well-rounded practice that builds strength, relieves stress, and promotes deep relaxation.
🌼Each session includes mindful movement, breath awareness to help focus the mind, gentle stretching to release tension, and a calming guided relaxation to close.
🌸The class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners to yoga. However, please note that a basic level of mobility is required, as the practice involves moving between standing, all fours, and lying down on the mat.
