Nothing beats catching up over drinks, laughter, and love during the festive season and last night was my first Christmas event 💕 And yes you can enjoy all the sparkle of socialising while staying true to your Slimming World journey! 🍊🥂
Whether it’s choosing a lighter drink, planning ahead, or simply soaking up the joy without guilt, it’s all about balance, not sacrifice. This time of year is about making memories, not missing out 💫

🍽️ Eating Out on Plan – Yes You Can! 💪
Just wanted to share this gorgeous plate from my meal out tonight at a local Lebanese restaurant. Grilled chicken skewers, fluffy rice, and a fresh side salad 🥗. All totally on plan and absolutely delicious!
✅ Lean protein ✅ Speed salad ✅ Free foods
It’s proof that you can enjoy eating out with Slimming World. I asked for no dressing on the salad and the chicken was flavoured with just herbs and spices.
Feeling full, satisfied, and 100% on plan 💚. Don’t be afraid to ask questions when ordering, most places are happy to accommodate!
Let’s keep smashing those goals together! 💥
