Charlotte House is a purpose-built care home set close to West Middlesex University Hospital and the River Thames. The highly skilled team provides specialist nursing and respite care for older people who have Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. All bedrooms at this modern facility are en-suite, and residents are welcome to bring their treasured personal items and to enjoy the attractive grounds and homely interiors.

Today we had a very special visit from Brentford under 12s
Who are doing a project run by the Premier league on supporting Veterans in the local area .
They brought games in for everyone that would support mobility and cognition.
You all brought so much joy and smiles to everyone today 😊 we would like to say a special Thankyou to Jack Armstrong and all the under 12s ❤️

Today our lovely lady Shirley
Was so happy to be taking part again this year with the ladies from the British legion for the poppy appeal.
Shirley has been a poppy seller for over 30 years and absolutely loves when she gets to meet her good friends Linda, Mary and Len who still keep in touch with Shirley on a regular basis which is so lovely 😍
