The Booby Trap Meditation : Wilderness Experience

You may repeat it a few times or as many as needed. Use your hands to cover your heart if you begin to feel overwhelmed. 🤲🏼
The normal amount of time to complete the exercise can vary anywhere from 24-72 hours if done properly’ and please avoid the guards half-time juice… 🧃
In this mini-movie we shall be discussing overall commitment to your path, realising there may be some things that we are in need of letting go from in order to move along the path of righteousness. Here we are talking about some difficulties I have had in the past that still somehow manage to sneak back in if we haven’t done the deep work of self-love, self-care and honesty.
Veganism, vegetarianism and cannonballism as well as lust and other naturally occurring seasonings are merely obstacles that appear in everyone’s lives and have and have had a difficult time dealing with them, but with the practice of mindfulness meditation we can take ownership and take hold of our responsibility to ourselves. Through this we can lesson’ our suffering.
It’s Ok 👌 to be wherever you are right now but pay some attention as we explore, dig deeper and start to cultivate true love within yourselves for self and others. I may joke, and you may laugh but in order to connect to the wonders of life we must re-attune ourselves and receive the reality of the present moment, otherwise we may miss our appointment with life with ourselves and others by overlooking our behaviours and ideas that are not serving us and are not in tune with reality.
Let’s start, and make a small effort to see ourselves truthfully and when we can see our true selves, that love can be reflected in the eyes hearts and minds of those whom which we share our world with, the plants 🌱 the animals🦒 the people 🕵🏻♂️ Nature 🍌 and God 😶🌫️
When we are present, we can touch the seed of understanding with mindfulness and compassion, and we can experience the wonders of life and share that support with those in need. Breathing in, I am a Flower 🌷
