🤩POSITION FILLED🤩
🤩 Exciting opportunity within our leadership team
🤗 Small and friendly local organisation
👀 We are currently seeking an organised, confident, passionate and caring individual to lead a small team currently supporting 5 gentlemen with learning disabilities and autism living in their own individual homes in the Plymouth area.
⭐ You will work as part of our friendly leadership team to facilitate the completion of regular audits, staff supervisions, training, support with rota management, documentation reviews and updates, and liaising with families and professionals. This role may also include hands on support within the team.
⭐As a Team Leader with eLIVEate, professionalism, teamed with kindness and compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. Your role will entail planning and implementing the kind of care and support that will provide a real sense of security, dignity, and independence for the people we support.
