Hopefully we are about to see even more restrictions starting to lift soon, which means we are on the look out for a few new venue to re launch our networking events. If you have any suggestion of venues please contact us as we are hoping to launch in a few different locations this year due to the sucess of our first few events. We will be ready to hit the ground running.

Ladies, how are you all today? I though I would share a little of my journey today, after a sleepless night, don’t think I even managed 5 minutes I was up and ready to go for another attempt at C25k at 6:30 this morning... (those who know me, know I’m not a morning person lol), anyway on a flatter surface I finally managed week 1 day 1... i didn’t turn around at the half way point... pretty sure Laura didn’t say... she’s the pod cast lady lol anyway was a lot longer cool down than I needed but I managed to snap a few pictures along the way.
