🎄 Christmas Opening hours & class times🎄

Our coaches will be taking a few well deserved days off over Christmas but will be offering a few select classes throughout the holidays.

Please be sure to reserve your spot in classes so we can gauge interest for classes scheduled.

Emily has been part of bombers since the very early days. Emily’s commitment to classes has had a huge impact on her progress and Emily’s now reaching her goals and more. (40kg Bench ✅ easy!)

Emily also has been instrumental in getting many of the Bombers social events happening and making the gym a fun and welcoming place to be.

‼️ HYROX LEGENDS ‼️
Last weekend saw 6 of our members take on the Spartan Chamber Hyrox doubles event. Full gas for over an hour… and seriously impressive times from all.

Their training programme: a combination of Team Games, Bombers Blueprint and a running programme.

We’re so proud of you all, huge well done teams.

💥 Member Sophie pictured crossing the finish line of the Edinburgh Marathon at the weekend!! 💥

As with any challenge of this magnitude, Sophie adapted her training as her running intensity increased. Sophie leaned on the Strength For Runners classes held by on Thursday evenings.

Nikki’s running expertise paired with her physio knowledge provides the perfect training environment for runners.

Huge well done

Celebrations this morning all round after the infamous Team Games session.

One of the very first Bombers members celebrated her 🥳

Plus, two members and celebrated huge check in Milestones (250 & 500!)

Celebrated the only right way with cake 🤟🏼.

This Valentine’s Day:

• Get a partner that looks at wall balls like max does…
• A partner that is forced to run on their farmers carry rest and still be stoked
• A partner that takes one (or ten) for the team in workouts
