Caroline joins us as a Paediatric Case Manager with vast experience working with and coordinating all the services a young person may have around them to aid in achieving their goals. This might include education teams, rehabilitation, care and equipment providers.

Our 2025 Conference is only a couple 12 days away, and today, we're excited to share that we will be welcoming Guldmann!

Guldmann provide patient handling solutions across a variety of healthcare settings, and works to find the best solutions for a range of situations, including emergency support, rehabilitation and long-term care. Their knowledge and expertise allow them to create custom solutions for their clients.

We are so pleased to share a new update on Obama, a young person in Uganda, whom we have the pleasure of supporting in his rehabilitation journey.

Recently, we have been so pleased to hear that Obama seems to have now settled into the rehabilitation centre, after a bit of a rocky start. He is now far more willing to cooperate and work towards achieving his goals. Obama is now learning to use a knitting machine, which will enable him to earn a living independently, which is an incredibly positive step for him.

We are very much looking forward to hearing more about Obama's journey and continue to support him ☺️

We are pleased to welcome John Fitzpatrick to our conference, Occupational Therapist and Founder of Silver Fern Therapy. John qualified in 2001, and his entire career to date has involved wheelchair assessment and prescription, both in New Zealand and the UK.

In the past, he led a team of therapists and technicians in a large NHS wheelchair service. Silver Fern Therapy started in 2013 as a passion project and has grown into a respected clinical service. The company's mission is simple: to ensure that wheelchair users receive the expert clinical input they deserve, from assessment through to handover and beyond.

Our Conference is just around the corner now, so we're looking forward to welcoming Silver Fern Therapy to exhibit and speak very soon 😊

Megan joins us having recently completed her Master's in Occupational Therapy, and having previously worked in Australia in a sector closely related to Case Management, where Megan took on a lead role in coordinating complex care and support services to help clients achieve their goals and maintain independence!
