Last night I treated a client with pain. After assessment to confirm TPs in and extremely tight glutes, QL, and erector spinae causing pain and possible inflammation at L4, I provided , , and PNF stretches to relieve symptoms.

Great to be able to support a Buckland Athletic LFC player tonight with some muscle tightness before their opening game in the FA Women's National League this weekend. Great to see a local women's side representing the talent that can come out of the SWWFL on a national scale. Good luck to all those opening their season this weekend.
