Michael Surmon Hypnotherapy I use evidence based psychotherapeutic modalities in conjunction with hypnotherapy techniques to help you make positive changes to your life.

Together, we can help you take control of and solve issues that have a negative impact on your life. I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner. I am fully registered (UKHC) and insured to work worldwide and with people of all ages. I also hold a BA Psychology degree (University of Stellenbosch). I specialise in treating people that are suffering from misophonia, using Sequent Repatterning Therapy. We can work together online or in person from my rooms in Nairn. I am understanding, compassionate, honest, open and genuinely interested in helping people solve their challenges in a professional, safe and caring environment that is confidential and private. For every session and for each client I prepare a bespoke, solution focused treatment plan based on that client's particular nuances in order to help him, her or them to achieve their goals and facilitate lasting change in the best way possible. I see clinical therapy as a collaborative process between a client and myself. I am dedicated to help you free yourself and discover your own potential with evidence based Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and a wide range of tailored techniques.
