Connected Health & Leisure Event – September 26th, 1pm-4pm
Haven Point South Shields
South Tyneside Council Leisure Services are excited to be partnering with the South Tyneside MSK/physio service - Cora Health (formerly called Connect Health) to bring a brand-new exhibition event to Haven Point, South Shields.
We are planning an afternoon of free taster sessions from our Healthy Lives Fitness Classes. Our Healthy Lives Programme is designed to keep people active, to help with pain management, to encourage people to exercise with medical conditions, to build upon low levels of fitness and support both physical and mental health and wellbeing.
We will also offer educational opportunities with health professionals looking at issues like pain management and osteoarthritis, as well as an exhibition space where people can find out more about many of the associated health services across the borough.
