INDIAN COFFEE!!
We have a few bags of the Monsoon Malabar. This is an extremely tricky bean to roast due to its less dense properties and the roast can easily run away with you if not watched.
We have however come up with what has been described by a customer as “The best Coffee I have ever had”

Monsoon Malabar is a unique, specialty coffee from the Malabar coast of Karnataka and Kerala in India, renowned for its distinct, low-acid, and heavy-bodied flavour profile.
The bean red is produced through a specialized "monsooning" process that replicates the aging process that occurred during long sea voyages to Europe in the 18th and 19th centuries

We have a young member at Outcast, who we sponsor with our ProClean products.
Callum Yourston is competing Enduro on his new 85cc Sherco for this yr and had a fantastic 8th place finish in the British XC race at Driffield Yorkshire at the weekend.

Our DARK ZERO Is carefully roasted Costa Rican beans. The DARK ZERO is probably our best seller by far.

Costa Rica Tarrazú coffee is a world-renowned, high-quality Arabica known for its bright acidity, full body, and sweet notes of chocolate, citrus, and honey, grown in rich volcanic soil at high altitudes (1200-2000m) in the Tarrazú region and is produced by smallholder farms often organized in cooperatives.

Key Characteristics
Flavor Profile: Sweet, chocolatey, citrusy (lemon, orange), honey, with a balanced richness and acidity.
Body: Full-bodied with a creamy, velvety texture.
Acidity: Bright and pleasant.
Growing Conditions: High altitudes (1200-2000m), volcanic soil, and slow ripening contribute to dense, flavorful beans (Strictly Hard Bean - SHB).
Processing: Typically washed process, enhancing clarity.
Why It's Special:The Tarrazú region's unique climate and soil create exceptional beans.
Quality Standards: Costa Rica has strict regulations for coffee production, ensuring high standards.
Sweetness & Balance: A naturally sweet profile with a clean finish makes it great for all-day drinking.
Best For
Filter coffee, drip, French press (cafetiere), and Aeropress.
Espresso (especially darker roasts).
Where it Comes From
The Tarrazú region, located in the San José province, is one of Costa Rica's most famous coffee-producing areas, with many small farms contributing to its fame.
