Our recent bus trip to the Sunderland Museum was a real treat. Residents enjoyed having a look around the museum, chatting away, and soaking up a cosy day out together. A truly heart warming trip🥰✨

Here at Fleming Court, we’ve been keeping extremely busy! Our residents have enjoyed a fantastic variety of activities, including Ladies’ Social, quizzes, Linda Davidson visiting to talk about Agatha Christie, festive word puzzles, and Christmas crafts. It’s wonderful to see the home filled with cheer and festive joy, and we’re definitely excited for all the wonderful festivities still to come!🎄✨❤️

What a fantastic outcome for our community project!
We were delighted to welcome the amazing Chris John, who filled the room with brilliant music and festive cheer. Our residents worked together to assemble the hampers with so much care, and we proudly visited St Vincent’s to deliver them. A huge thank you to everyone who donated, your kindness and generosity truly does make a difference and It means so much to us. Community spirit at its finest! 🎄💛

Fleming Court Care Home announces festive Christmas Fayre 🎅

HC-One’s Fleming Court Care Home in Jesmond, Newcastle, is delighted to invite residents, families, friends, and the wider community to its annual Christmas Fayre, taking place on Saturday 6th December from 11:00am to 3:00pm.

Here at Fleming Court, we’ve been keeping wonderfully busy! Our residents have enjoyed a fantastic variety of activities, including our walking group, Chatty Café sessions, French Club, and celebrations for King Charles III’s birthday. We were also delighted to welcome the amazing Northeast Producers, who performed A Christmas Carol, helping us get into the festive spirit! It’s been a brilliant start to the season at Fleming Court ✨🎄

What a fantastic week we had last week🥰. We had the wonderful Linda Davidson visit to discuss the curse of the Kennedy’s, firework crafts, a firework display along with roasted marshmallows & a delicious hot chocolate, and a bus trip to the baltic🤍

Our Christmas raffle is now open for our Christmas Fayre on the 6th December! It is £1 a strip all proceeds go to the residents fund & all donations are much appreciated❤️In addition we are still looking for stall holders please get in touch if you or someone you may know would be interested & get booked in for the whole day, it is £15 per stall! Thank you🎅🏼🎄☃️

At Fleming court we had a spooktacular week for Halloween last week! We done pumpkin carving, Halloween crafts and had an amazing Halloween party along with a great performance with Claire Louise🧡All looked fantastic who dressed up too!🎃👻
