As a small local business, it can be difficult to compete with larger businesses and well-known brands and chains.🙃

However, as a small business, I always try my best to provide a more personal touch to my treatments and services🙂

Hi everyone , I just thought I would give you a wee update on the hours I will be open over the festive period🙂🥳🎄🎁

I am taking my own advice and having a good few days rest over the festive period to spend time with family and relax 😴😀

I will also be closed on the 2nd,3rd, and 4th of January.

Normal hours will resume on the 5th of January,when I will be ready to come back and give you your post Christmas and New Year energy boosting therapy sessions 😊🥰😘

It is a time of year when we begin to mimic nature and take time to hibernate or rest and slow down 😴 😊

Wintering means looking inward,focusing on yourself , taking time to create a healthy space for yourself to rest, refocus, and recharge 🤍

A time to allow your body and mind to reset , a time to reflect and allow your body and mind to recover from stress and allow yourself time for just being instead of doing 💙

Just like the flowers , the roots and bulbs beneath the ground that are being nourished and remind us that renewal begins ,even before we notice it 😊🥰

What beautiful morning I had with some lovely souls this morning for a small group wellbeing session 🫶
A session with a lovely wee team being shown appreciation for their hard work by a fantastic boss 😍

Hi folks ,sorry to say I won't be making it along to the fayre today as I'm not feeling 100% and don't want to risk passing on any germs 😔

I'm gutted to be missing it 😢 ,but please do go along and support our local small businesses, it's always a great day 🥰
