In the first Tonic webinar of 2026, Becca Clayton and Wendy Miller will guide attendees through a gentler, more effective approach to habit building - one that fits into real lives, busy schedules, and fluctuating energy levels. A gentle reminder as we move through the season 🎄✨

Joy isn’t something we wait for or earn, it’s something we choose, often in the smallest moments. When we take care of how we feel, it naturally ripples outwards. We show up with more kindness, more patience, more presence… and without even realising it, we give others permission to do the same.

If today feels full, protect that joy.
If today feels heavy, know that small acts of care still count.
