Blood Tests, GP Appointments, Nurse Annual Reviews, Physiotherapy Appointments, ECG's, Practice Pharmacy Appointments, Dressings, Child Immunisations and more
✅ 6523 appointments were made
✅ 337 Appointments were missed.
✅ 5086 minutes of clinicians’ time was lost.
✅ Approximately £10,110 to the NHS was lost.

This is the highest amount of DNA appointments in the last 12 months.

📞 Phone Line Issues at Kegworth 📞

We’re currently experiencing problems with our phone lines at Kegworth.

Our Gotham team is still taking calls for both sites, but please note that only two members of staff are able to answer calls at the moment.

This means waiting times may be a little longer than usual — we really appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get things back to normal.

🎀 Today is National Mammography Day 🎀

We’re proud to support this vital reminder during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Early detection saves lives. Mammograms can identify changes in breast tissue long before symptoms appear and that means treatment can begin earlier, with better outcomes.

✅ If you're aged 50–70 and haven't had a mammogram in the last 3 years, you're eligible for NHS breast screening.
✅ If you're younger but have concerns or a family history, speak to your GP - we're here to listen and guide.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month occurs every October and is supported by NHS England to encourage women to attend breast screening appointments, which are crucial for early detection and successful treatment. The campaign provides information on symptoms, risks, and prevention, and highlights the need for people, especially women aged 50-70, to take up their screening invitations to reduce the number of late-stage diagnoses.

⚠️ Notice to Patients Collecting Prescriptions from Gotham Dispensary⚠️

Our card machine is currently out of order, so we can only accept cash payments for prescriptions at the moment.

If you are coming in to collect a prescription, please bring cash with you. We’ll update you as soon as card payments are available again.
