Pamper your Journey

Today I feel grateful to have so many brilliant people in my life. Women are incredible. It’s as simple as that.

We sacrifice our bodies and our lives to keep the human race going and sometimes suffer so much heart ache and pain to do so. Over 50% of women will miscarry, so in the UK we have a population of around 32,000 women meaning 16,000 will suffer a loss.

You are not alone! As you sit in a café, a job...anywhere... and grieve for the child you so wanted to keep; look around and take comfort from someone anomalously situated near by who has suffered that heart ache but has survived and is still surviving.

Take care of the goddess that you are, immerse yourself with people/women that will empower and help you on this journey. Take time to pamper yourself.
