Missing Peace Wellbeing + Support

Missing Peace Wellbeing + Support WRAP was developed in America by Mary Ellen Copeland during the mid 1990's.

We offer peer support; both 1:1 and group sessions, walk and talk sessions, WRAP courses and facilitator training, peer supervision, motivational speaking, buddying, mental health first aid support and suicide first aid support. Our WRAPs are facilitated by Nick who is a Copeland Center Accredited Advanced Level Facilitator & therefore we can ensure the highest quality. We also have people who have completed their own WRAPs and have gone on to train to become facilitators themselves. Our Drop in session is 5-9pm for anyone over 18 who needs a chat. If you don’t feel up to chatting but need a safe space to be, there are lots of mindfulness activities out on the table.

You don’t need to book you can just turn up.
