As a few people have been in touch asking about my menopause coaching training, I thought I’d share a little more about how I’ll be able to help and how this connects with the healing work I already do.
Menopause can bring so many changes. From disrupted sleep and fluctuating energy to mood shifts, anxiety, brain fog and feeling disconnected from your body. It can be a confusing and sometimes overwhelming time, especially when many women feel they have to navigate it on their own.
As a Menopause Coach, my role will be to support women with knowledge, practical tools, and guidance so they can better understand what’s happening in their bodies and feel more empowered through this transition.
What makes my approach a little different is that I’ll be combining this with my work in Sound Healing and Reiki.
Sound healing and Reiki work gently with the body’s energy and nervous system. They can help calm the mind, reduce stress, support emotional balance, and create deep relaxation — something many women going through menopause really need but often struggle to access.
By bringing these together, I’ll be able to support women in a more holistic way — not just talking about symptoms, but helping the body and mind return to balance.
My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where women feel heard, understood and nurtured while they move through this powerful life transition.
Menopause isn’t something we should just “get through” — it’s a time to reconnect with ourselves, care for our wellbeing, and step into the next phase of life with strength and confidence.
I’m really looking forward to sharing more as I continue this journey and begin supporting women in this way. 🌿
