6 years ago this was my hi-tech emergency yoga class set up. Worked a treat so it did😆, and Yogazone survived! Thanks to all you guys and your support. 🥰

Now, 6 years on I aim to return to some online 'Wakey Wakey' morning sessions. My set-up may be slightly different now, however, it will definitely still encapsulate my love and passion for sharing yoga, body/mind connection and your well-being and joy.

Scott n I having some balancing acro nonsense after the last yoga/soundbath session on Sunday, and before his last train back to Aberdeen. Just filling in time, like ye do!

I thought who better to share their Soundbath love and experience with you than Scott, the soundbath guy, who I share the joy of our combo sessions with.
Scott is also my son so it is very special to share this time together with you all🥰

Here is what he loves about a soundbath...

Three main benefits I get from a sound bath are:

• Quality of sleep

The night after a sound bath I always notice that I am able to go to sleep far easier. I also notice a clear increase in my sleep quality. Usually defined by detailed, vivid dreams or feeling completely refreshed in the morning.

• Relaxation (mental & physical)

During a sound bath I am able to allow thoughts to flow freely and let go of lingering thoughts and concerns. Being in that trance like state is incredibly peaceful almost acts as a mental reset. Physically, the vibrations which resonate through the floor and throughout the room can feel similar to a massage. This allows me to be in tune with my body during the sound bath.

• Self care

Quality of sleep and relaxation are good things to experience on their own. However, setting aside time to look after yourself, whether that be a sound bath or any other self care method, will always be beneficial in a deeper sense and carry through and improve other aspects of your life as a result. Sound baths are just my chosen method 😁💫
