Back in 2022, I lost my gran. We were very close ❤️ During this time, a customer of mine lost his dad. (A lovely gentleman, who I massaged until the great age of 98!) We chatted about our experiences and how it was affecting our bodies.

It opened my eyes to the physical pains we go through during this time. Grief is painful in the mind and the body. I started doing a little research into how, as a massage therapist, I can help you during one of your tuffest times.

Grief is not just something you go through because of the passing of a loved one. It's so much more than that. In fact, it doesn't have to be because someone has died. It can be the end of a relationship, career or even a serious injury.
